Could Someone Change Their Gender in Fullmetal Alchemist?
In theory, using alchemy to change someone's gender could be possible, but there's no example of it happening in Fullmetal Alchemist. The laws of equivalent exchange would probably make it pretty complicated!

Nope, there's no character in Fullmetal Alchemist who changes their gender with alchemy. The story focuses more on deeper themes like identity and the consequences of playing god.
Could they? Maybe. Did they? No. Fullmetal Alchemist sticks more to transforming metals and making cool stuff blow up!
On my millionth rewatch of FMA, I've never seen anyone change their gender with alchemy. So, it doesn't happen in the shows or manga.
