In the real world, we're stuck with boring old physics. So, unless you can break those laws, fighting while flying isn't happening.
If you've mastered the art of manipulating your ki and can defy gravity, sure, why not? Just remember to yell really loud to power up!
Trust me, I've tried it after binge-watching DBZ. Spoiler: Gravity still wins. Back to practicing on the ground for us mortals.
