Absolutely not, Epic Games isn't behind Apex Legends. Apex is a proud creation of Respawn Entertainment with EA holding the reins as the publisher. They haven't changed hands since the game hit the scene.

Nope, Epic Games did not buy Apex Legends. Apex Legends was developed by Respawn Entertainment and is published by Electronic Arts (EA). They've been the dynamic duo behind the game since its release in 2019. So, if you're enjoying those high-intensity matches, you've got Respawn and EA to thank for the fun!

lol no, Epic Games and Apex Legends are like oil and water鈥攖hey don't mix. Epic's got Fortnite, Respawn's got Apex, and that's how it's staying. Both are big names in the battle royale genre, but they're playing on different fields.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
