Nah, Gojo didn't exactly 'kill' Geto in Jujutsu Kaisen 0. The situation's a bit complex. Geto was already dead before the events of the movie, technically speaking. His body was being used by a curse known as Kenjaku. So when Gojo confronted him, it wasn't the Geto he knew, but Kenjaku using Geto's body. Tricky situation!

Actually, Gojo didn't kill Geto. It's more like he put an end to what Geto had become, which was just a vessel for something far darker. So, technically, it was goodbye to Geto's body but not to Geto's soul.
