Nah, Kojima only touched Silent Hill with PT, but the original creators were Team Silent at Konami.

Nope, Hideo Kojima didn't make Silent Hill. The original Silent Hill games were developed by Konami, specifically their in-house team called Team Silent. Kojima did get involved later with the infamous Silent Hills PT demo, which sadly got canceled.
