Hey! Sometimes the beta codes can get lost in the email abyss. Check your spam/junk folder, and if it's not there, contact Ubisoft Support. They'll sort you out!

Had the same problem. Contacted Ubisoft support and they sent me a new code pretty quickly!

Make sure you registered with the correct email address. If everything checks out, send a ticket to Ubisoft's customer support.
