Yep, during the fight against Isshiki Otsutsuki, Boruto (controlled by Momoshiki) stabbed Sasuke in the eye and destroyed his Rinnegan. Ouch!

Sadly, Sasuke did lose his Rinnegan when Boruto, possessed by Momoshiki, attacked him. Not a good day for Sasukes everywhere.
