SEGA might have borrowed a few ideas from DBZ, but 'copy' is a bit strong. Super Sonic *does* channel those Super Saiyan vibes, though!

As someone who’s been a fan of both since the 90s, I can say Sonic’s Super form seems like an homage to DBZ rather than a copy. Both are awesome!
