Make sure you're connected to the internet. Sometimes achievements won't sync properly if you're offline.
Try restarting your console and checking for any system updates. Sometimes a quick reboot does the trick!
Contact PlayStation Support if all else fails. They usually help sort these issues out!
Honestly, achievements can be buggy. Maybe give it a day or two and see if it pops up later.
