Panther II got axed from the regular tree but it's still in the game for those who had it or got it through events.

They removed the Panther II from the regular researchable lineup, but if you already had it, you're all good!

They didn't delete it! They moved it to a special event and premium vehicle status. So, it's still there, just not easily accessible.
