Nope! Only the account that subscribes to PlayStation Plus gets the full benefits. Other accounts on the same PS4 can access online multiplayer and some other features if the subscribing account sets the PS4 as its primary console.

No, not all accounts get PS Plus. You have to subscribe to it individually.
