Not all Hot Wheels tracks connect easily. The older ones? Sometimes it's like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. But for the most part, the newer sets are made to connect.

Not every Hot Wheels track is gonna click together like you're hoping. Especially the older ones, they're like trying to make a cat be friends with a dog. But recently, Hot Wheels has been pretty good at making their tracks universal.

Nope, not all of them. Some require an engineering degree to connect.

Most of the modern Hot Wheels tracks you'll find today are designed to connect with each other, thanks to a universal connector system. So, if you've got a bunch of sets from recent years, you're in for a smooth ride piecing them together. However, if you've got some vintage track pieces from the early days, they might not play nice with the new stuff.
