Yeah, pretty much all Pokemon cards have borders. The most common ones you'll see are the yellow borders on standard cards. There are also some special or promotional cards that might have different colored borders, like silver or gold, to make them stand out. But no matter the card, they'll have some kind of border around the edge.

Not all borders are created equal! While your regular Pokemon card comes with the iconic yellow border, there are exceptions. Silver borders usually grace the rare and shiny promo cards. So, if you're looking for borderless beauties in the Pokemon TCG world, you'll be on a long quest indeed.

Nope, some are special. Most got borders, but look out for those cool promo cards. They break the mold!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
