No way, not all of them. I've got this cool misprint card that's got a different back, but it's super rare. Most of the time though, yeah, they're all the same.

Absolutely, all legit Pokemon TCG cards share the same iconic back design. It's part of what makes them unmistakable. If the back looks different, it's either a rare misprint or not an official card.
