Nope, not all Targets carry Dragon Ball Super cards. Some stores stock them while others, well, it's like searching for Dragon Balls themselves!

I hit up a couple of Target stores last week. One had a whole shelf dedicated to DBZ stuff, while another had zilch. Totally depends on the location!

Not all Targets have them. Call ahead or check their stock online before heading out.
