Nah, not all of them. Vendors in Fallout 76 are grouped by factions. Each faction's vendors share the same cap pool, but different factions have separate cap pools. So, if you clean out one vendor's caps, you can hop to a different faction's vendor and they'll have their own stash of caps ready for you.

All together? Nope. Think of them as having their own 'bank accounts' based on factions. Makes for a good cap chase!

Let me keep it simple - nope. Vendors are divided by factions and each faction got its own pocket of caps. Spend wisely or travel around to hit different factions if you're lookin' to sell more loot!
