Do Alpha Cards for MTG have White Borders?
CompletingClint路7 months agoNope, Alpha cards for Magic The Gathering don't have white borders. They're easily recognized by their rounded corners and black borders. The white borders were introduced later in the game's history, specifically starting with the Unlimited set.

Actually, Alpha MTG cards rock those iconic black borders, not white. White borders came into play with later sets. If you see a white border, it's definitely not Alpha.
Black borders for sure. Alpha set = Black borders. White borders = later editions. Keep it simple!
