Yep! The Angler NPC hands out daily fishing quests and rewards you with bait among other goodies. Plus, the Merchant NPC sells worms, and the Zoologist sells Grasshoppers as bait once you've filled out enough of the Bestiary. So, you've got options!

Absolutely, but remember, it's not just about buying bait. Exploring and breaking rocks or cutting grass can also nab you some worms and grasshoppers. Shopping is easier, but don't miss out on the fun of foraging!
