Yes and no. By default, Apex Legends console players match with other console players for a fair playing field. But, if you wanna join forces with a friend on PC, crossplay kicks in and you can totally do that. Just be ready for potentially tougher matches!
Honestly, I think crossplay should be off by default. Makes the game harder for us on console.
