Do bounced creatures lose equipment in MTG?
DislikingTramp路7 months agoAbsolutely! When you bounce a creature back to its owner's hand in Magic The Gathering, all the equipment attached to it falls off and stays on the battlefield. You'll have to re-equip it to another creature later, which usually costs mana. Bouncing creatures is a great way to temporarily disrupt your opponent's setup!

Short answer: Yep, they lose 'em. Anything attached gets unattached when the creature gets bounced.
Not only do equipments fall off, but any enchantments or counters on the creature get wiped too. Think of it as a hard reset for the creature. I learned this the hard way in a tournament once!
