Yep, using console commands in Fallout 4 on PC disables achievements for that play session. But don't worry, just save your game before using any commands, then exit and restart the game. Voila! Achievements are back on track.

Actually used a mod once to keep achievements enabled while using console commands. There's always a way around it if you're savvy enough.
