Crashfish don't breed in Subnautica. They just sit in their sulfur plants, waiting to explode on intruding players like the world's most aggressive, underwater fireworks.

From all my time exploring the alien oceans and dodging their explosive entrances, I've never seen Crashfish breeding. They seem to have an infinite supply coming from their little nests though!
