Do Crocs Cause Shin Splints?
RollingHank路7 months agoI've worn Crocs for years and never had an issue with shin splints. But I wouldn't use them for running or athletic stuff.

No. Shin splints usually come from overuse, not the type of shoes you wear. But proper shoes can help prevent them.
While Crocs are super comfy for casual walking, wearing them for high-impact activities or lengthy excursions could strain your shins and cause shin splints. Stick to sneakers for those activities!
If you鈥檙e experiencing shin splints, you might want to switch to shoes with more arch and ankle support. Crocs are great, but maybe not for everything!
