Nope! PSN codes are region-locked. So if you buy a code in the US, it'll only work on a US account.

Actually, you can change your account region settings... but that's a hassle and not always guaranteed to work!

I've had this problem too. PSN codes are definitely region-specific, so make sure it's for the right region before buying.
