Nope, creature spells generally don't target. When you cast a creature spell, you're putting it onto the battlefield under your control, not targeting anything. However, there are exceptions with creatures that have abilities which say 'when you cast this creature, do X,' where X could involve targeting something. But the act of casting the creature itself? Nah, that's just you playing your card game strong.

Actually, no. Casting a creature spell itself doesn't inherently target anything. It鈥檚 more about summoning that creature to the battlefield to fight for you. But remember, some creatures have 'enter the battlefield' effects that may target. Always read your cards!

No, casting creatures doesn鈥檛 target. It鈥檚 like throwing a party and not needing an invite.

Most of the time, no. But MTG is full of exceptions, so check your cards!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
