Do Experience Points Go Away in MTG?
TabulatingMadam路7 months agoNope, experience counters in MTG don't vanish when your commander gets knocked out. They stick with you like glue for the rest of the game. So, even if your commander takes a trip to the graveyard or back to the command zone, those experience points stay put on you, the player.

Gotta say, losing experience counters would make some decks way less fun. Good thing they don't disappear!
Experience counters stay with the player throughout the entire game, regardless of what happens to the commander. They're a resource you can't lose, making them super strategic in building up your game advantage.
