Yes, you can set your PS5 to download games and updates while it's in Rest Mode. Just make sure it's connected to the internet and the setting is enabled in the power-saving options.

Nope, if your PS5 is completely turned off, nothing is getting downloaded. Switch to Rest Mode for downloads.

I have mine set to Rest Mode, and it downloads games and updates overnight without a hitch! Saves me a ton of time.
