Absolutely, using bait tactics in MTG (Magic The Gathering) can be a strategic move to trick your opponent into using their resources at an inopportune time, leaving them vulnerable. For example, casting a less crucial creature to draw out a removal spell before you play your key creature can give you a significant advantage.

Baiting is a classic strategy in Magic The Gathering that requires a good poker face and an even better understanding of your opponent's deck. I once baited an opponent into using their only counter spell early in the game, then unleashed my game-winning combo the next turn. It was glorious!

Nah, baiting is overrated. Play your strongest cards and steamroll them. Why bother with mind games when you can just overpower your opponent with sheer force?

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
