Yes, you can keep the games from PlayStation Plus as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel it, you lose access until you resubscribe.

I've been a PS Plus member for years. Once, I let my subscription expire and couldn't play any of the free games until I renewed it. Keep that subscription active!
