Nope, you don't NEED to download the Fallout 76 Public Test Server to enjoy the game. It's totally optional. The Public Test Server (PTS) is there for testing upcoming features and changes before they go live. If you're into getting a sneak peek and don't mind encountering some bugs, give it a go. Otherwise, you can stick to the main game and still have a blast.

Only if you want to test un-released features and don't mind spoilers. Otherwise, stick to the main servers for the full, polished experience.

Downloading the PTS is a great way to experience new content early and help shape the game. Think of it as getting a VIP ticket to a show where you can see the behind-the-scenes. However, it's not mandatory for playing Fallout 76.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
