Yup! If you're traveling internationally and have a significant value of MTG cards with you, you should declare them at customs. Countries have different thresholds for what needs to be declared, but better safe than sorry. Customs officials might not know what a Black Lotus is, but they do understand value!

No need to worry about customs for just a couple of decks in your backpack. Officials are more concerned with high-value goods in bulk. So, unless you're carrying a suitcase full of Power Nine, you'll likely breeze through.

Honestly, it all comes down to the value. If you've got a box full of rare and valuable cards, then yeah, declaring them is the smart move. No one wants to deal with customs seizing their precious collection. Been there, done that, not fun.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
