Oh for sure, sacrifices do stack in MTG. Let me put it simply: if a card or effect asks you to sacrifice a creature, you gotta sacrifice a creature each time that effect or ability triggers. If you got multiple triggers asking for a sacrifice, you better have enough creatures to satisfy each one. It's all about meeting the requirements for each individual trigger or effect on the stack.

Actually, it sort of depends on what you mean. If an ability is triggered multiple times and each instance requires a sacrifice, then yes, you need to sacrifice a creature for each trigger.
