In my humble opinion, it's overhyped. Consistency and a balanced workout plan will get you better results.
I tried it. Did 100 push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and a 10k run every day for a month. Got stronger but nowhere close to Saitama levels!
Totally works if you wanna be a hero for fun! Just don't expect to go bald and punch asteroids. It'll get you fit tho!
