Tree stumps staying as permanent decor is a sad truth in Animal Crossing. They won't grow back, but they can be useful! You can sit on them, and some rare bugs only appear on stumps, so they're not all bad. Just remember to replant if you want more trees!

Nope, tree stumps don't magically grow back into trees in Animal Crossing. If you're looking to get some new trees where those stumps are, you'll need to plant some new tree saplings. Just grab a shovel, plop a sapling into an empty spot, and give it some time. Nature will do its thing, and you'll have a brand new tree in no time!

No, they don鈥檛. Once you chop a tree down and are left with a stump, it stays a stump. You gotta plant a new one if you want a tree there.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
