I've played Animal Crossing for hours and never noticed any difference with or without water shoes. They're just cool to have!

Water shoes in Animal Crossing are purely cosmetic! They don鈥檛 impact gameplay or give you any special abilities. It鈥檚 all about accessorizing your look.

Honestly, water shoes are a missed opportunity in Animal Crossing. They should totally let you walk faster in rivers or something. But nope, just for looks.

Nah, water shoes don't really do anything in Animal Crossing except make your character look sporty and ready for a splash. Since there's no swimming speed advantage or special interaction, it's all about that fashion statement!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
