Nope, PlayStation doesn’t offer refunds for PS Plus cancellations. Once you’ve paid, you’re in for the duration!

In my experience, Sony doesn’t refund PS Plus subscriptions after cancellation. Your best bet is to turn off auto-renewal and use it till it ends.
