Yup! The games are added to your library and can be played as long as you have an active subscription. If you cancel, you'll lose access, but they'll be waiting for you if you resubscribe!

Can confirm from my experience: I had a PS Plus lapse, and I couldn't access my free games anymore. Got them back after resubscribing!
