Do you have to do the whole spell in Magic the Gathering?
CompletingClint路7 months agoNah, you don't have to 'do' the whole spell in MTG. Each spell's effects happen as written when you cast it. If you're talking about reading the card aloud like some wizard, definitely not required, but hey, it could add some drama to your game night!

Absolutely not. Casting a spell in MTG simply means paying its mana cost and putting it on the stack. There's no need to recite anything, unless you're trying to psych out your opponent with some theatrical flair!
Nope. Just pay the cost and follow the card's instructions. Reading flavor text for fun is optional but not a requirement.
