Nope! You can access PSN for free to download games, chat with friends, and use certain apps. But if you want to play most multiplayer games online, you’ll need a PlayStation Plus subscription.

PSN itself is free, but if you want the goodies like multiplayer gaming and free monthly games, you gotta shell out for PlayStation Plus.

You don't need to pay money to use the basic features of PSN.

Technically no, you don’t have to pay to access PSN. But you’ll need to cough up some cash for PS Plus if you want the full experience.

I use PSN all the time without paying a dime unless I want PS Plus benefits. It's pretty awesome!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
