Yeah, if a creature has an echo cost, you gotta pay it during your next upkeep after the creature enters the battlefield. If you can't (or don't want to) pay the echo cost, that creature is sacrificed. So, dust off your coin purse every turn it's due or say goodbye to your creature!

Only pay echo once. After its first upkeep trigger, no more echo costs for that creature. It's like the creature's rent is due when it first shows up, but after that, it's living rent-free.

Echo cost? Just pay it once on the next turn after your creature lands on the battlefield. No need to keep paying unless you want to give away your mana for funsies.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
