You get to keep the PlayStation Plus games as long as you remain a subscriber. If your subscription lapses, you lose access, but you can get them back if you resubscribe.

Been a subscriber for years! You keep downloaded games as long as you stay subscribed. Stop paying, and they鈥檙e temporarily gone until you renew.

Nope, you don't keep 'em forever. Once your subscription ends, so does your access to those games.
