Nope, once your Game Pass subscription ends, you lose access to the games. Think of it as renting, not owning.
I keep games in my collection by purchasing them after trying them out on Game Pass. Best of both worlds!
If a game leaves the Game Pass library and you still want it, buy it with a discount offered to Game Pass members!
