Nope, surrendering in Valorant doesn't directly cause you to lose more RR than taking an L the regular way. The RR loss is primarily based on your performance and match outcome, but deciding to FF can feel like a big hit because you're essentially giving up the chance to turn the game around.

Losing is losing, whether you FF or get beat. It stings either way, but don't worry too much about the RR. Focus on improving your game!

Big nope. Forfeiting doesn't automatically mean you'll lose more RR. It's all about how the match goes. So if you're thinking of hitting that FF button because you think you'll lose less, think again.

Actually, yes in a way. If you FF, you're missing out on the potential to gain more rounds that could lessen the RR loss. So while the immediate RR hit isn't more, you lose the opportunity to fight back and possibly reduce the impact of a loss.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
