From my own experience, as soon as I reactivated my PS Plus, all my games were back in my library. So, no worries!

Think of it like a pause button. You won't be able to play the PS Plus games until you re-subscribe.

If you cancel PlayStation Plus, you won't lose the games permanently. You lose access to them, but if you re-subscribe, you get them back!
