Actually, going the link cable route does make a difference, especially if you're aiming for the best performance. It's not mandatory, but for those high-speed, action-packed games, it can really enhance your experience. Think of it as the difference between streaming a movie on Wi-Fi vs. wired internet. Works fine without it, but smoother with it.

Wireless is the future! I've been gaming on my Quest 2 with Virtual Desktop and the experience is mind-blowing. Couldn't be happier without a cable tying me down.

Nope, you don't *need* a link cable for Steam VR, but it kinda depends on the headset you're using. If you've got an Oculus Quest 1 or 2, you can go wireless with an app like Virtual Desktop or use the Oculus Air Link feature. But, if you're all about that high-quality life and less latency, a link cable is your best friend.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
