Do you need Fireproof in Power Armor in Fallout 76?
AttemptingDance路7 months agoNot really, but it's a nice to have. Power armor significantly reduces incoming damage, including fire-based damage, making you quite tanky already. However, adding the Fireproof perk gives you that extra layer of protection against fire damage, especially useful in nuke zones or against enemies with heavy fire-based attacks. So, while not a must, it's definitely beneficial for those 'just in case' moments.

Nope, power armor got you covered. Honestly, power armor in Fallout 76 is like bringing a tank to a knife fight. You're already walking around in a mobile fortress, so worrying about fire damage feels a bit overkill. I walked into a nuke zone just fine without Fireproof. Power armor laughs in the face of danger.
Fireproof? In power armor? Overkill much? Power armor turns you into a walking tank. Save those perk points for something better.
