Yup, you'll need PlayStation Plus if you want to do any online multiplayer stuff in Elden Ring, like co-op or PvP. Single-player mode doesn't require PS Plus though!

From my experience, you can enjoy the entire single-player campaign without PlayStation Plus. But for summoning friends or invading others, PS Plus is a must-have.
