To play the main story of Ghost of Tsushima, you don't need PlayStation Plus. However, if you want to enjoy the multiplayer Legends mode, you will need it.

Nope, you can play the entire Ghost of Tsushima single-player campaign offline without PS Plus! But for the Legends co-op multiplayer mode, you'll need an active PS Plus subscription.
