Who needs multiplayer when you鈥檝e got all of London to yourself? PS Plus is only needed if you want to play online.

Yes, if you wanna join online co-op or any PvP action in Watch Dogs: Legion, then you'll need PlayStation Plus.

Nope, you don't need PS Plus for the single-player mode in Watch Dogs Legion. If you're just roaming around London offline, you're good to go.
