You only need PSN if you want to download the Netflix app. But once it’s on your console, PSN isn’t necessary to watch shows or movies.

Nope, you don’t need PlayStation Network (PSN) to watch Netflix on your PlayStation console. Just download the Netflix app, sign in with your Netflix account, and you’re good to go!

I watch Netflix on my PS4 all the time without PSN. Just make sure your console's connected to the internet, and you’re set.
